On the 25th May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect.  The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information of those individuals.  Alchemy Contracting Ltd. take our responsibilities regarding the security of our customers and suppliers seriously and are committed to ensuring the continued protection of any personal data which we hold. 

We collect and retain various data including personal information about you/your organisation which may include the following:-

  • Business Contacts
  • Various Telephone numbers and Email addresses
  • VAT and company registration number
  • Bank Account details
  • National Insurance Number
  • Demographic information such as post code

The information we hold is only used for legitimate business purposes such as trading and communicating with yourselves and is stored within our secure network.  We have never and will never share your data with a third party without your express permission.

In order to comply with the new GDPR regulations we require your consent to us holding your data.  If we do not hear from you, we will presume you consent.

As our web page is currently just a ‘holding page’ doesn’t use cookies and no personal information is gathered or stored. Once our web page is ‘live’ we will review and update our privacy policy accordingly.

All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with our obligations and safeguard your rights under the GDPR at all times.
